Setup guide for the Shelly Pro 3 network relay
This setup guide describes how a Shelly Pro 3 (network relay) can be controlled from a Behnke Station.
It is assumed that the Behnke-Station is already set up to the extent that access to the web interface is possible. If this is not the case, please follow the instructions provided with your base electronics (manuals) and refer to the technical manualRecently updated — within the last 72 hours to complete the basic setup.
We assume that the Behnke Station and the relay have already been integrated into the network and can be reached via their IP addresses in a browser. We also assume that the Behnke Station is already registered with a PBX and can place calls.
1. Setting up the web relay
- Open your browser.
- Open the relay's configuration interface.

- Select the clock icon to open the time settings.

- Click on Timers

- Under "Auto OFF" you can enter how long the relay should stay energized. Then save the setting with "Save".

2. Setting up the Behnke Station
- Open your browser
- Open the configuration interface of the Behnke Station
- Log in

- Click on the menu item
- Scroll to the section of the relay to be configured
- In the input field Webhook for activation, enter the URL for switching the network relay
- Click on %BS_MENU_SPEICHER_ROT% to apply the configuration
Activate relay: http://IP-Adresse_Relais/rpc/Switch.Set?id=0&on=true

The setup is now complete. If you trigger a call at the Behnke Station and the other party transmits the code for activating the relay via DTMF, the intercom station will activate the relay and, in parallel, send the command for switching the web relay. The web relay is then activated for the configured duration.
