Help for CentrexX from Deutsche Telefon Standard® GmbH

BEHNKE-STATION version6.56derivedMachine-translated

1. Setup guide

This setup guide describes how to put a Behnke Station into operation as a SIP user on a CentrexX from Deutsche Telefon Standard® GmbH. In the following, it is assumed that the basic configuration of the cloud system has already been carried out, and we limit ourselves exclusively to the steps required to put the Behnke Station into operation.

It is assumed that the Behnke-Station is already set up to the extent that access to the web interface is possible. If this is not the case, please follow the instructions provided with your base electronics (manuals) and refer to the technical manualRecently updated — within the last 72 hours to complete the basic setup.

1.1. Setting up the user for the Behnke Station

The following section contains only the steps required to create a user. The setup may differ in your installation. If in doubt, please contact your PBX support.

For each Behnke Station, an extension on the CentrexX SIP telephone system is required that has not yet been provisioned for another terminal device. To do this, set up a new extension or delete the auto-provisioning data on an existing extension. Then open the status settings of the extension and note down the data given under SIP account, as it is needed to configure the Behnke Station.

  • Open the CentrexX management console.
  • Log in with your administrator access.
