Configuration is not saved permanently
The Configuration of the IP video software is not saved permanently. After restarting the computer, the configuration is reset.
1. Solution
The software's settings are stored in the Windows registry. If the logged-in Windows user does not have write permission to the registry, the settings cannot be saved. The user can then either be granted write permission to the registry, or the registry keys created by the software can be distributed via policies in Active Directory. The registry path is:
