Configuring the BEHNKE STATION for use with an LTE/GSM gateway with analog output
This setup guide describes how to configure the Behnke Station to use an LTE gateway with analog output.
It is assumed that the Behnke-Station is already set up to the extent that access to the web interface is possible. If this is not the case, please follow the instructions provided with your base electronics (manuals) and refer to the technical manualRecently updated — within the last 72 hours to complete the basic setup.
Important
It is also assumed that the basic configuration of the LTE gateway has been completed and that the device has been physically connected to the Behnke Station, as shown in the next figure.
Important
This setup guide can only be used if your Behnke Station variant supports the Analog telephone operating mode. You can find more information in the FAQ section of the following setup guide: Configuring the operating mode of the Behnke Station.

Note
Calls, connections and time intervals vary depending on the provider. The following must always be ensured:
- After dialing a call, a dial tone must be audible.
- When the handset is hung up, a busy tone should sound.
If a chain call is not hung up after the first dial and the next phone number is not dialed, this may be because no dial tone is audible. This can be caused by the provider.
You can remedy this by sending a DTMF signal after the handset is lifted. To do this, you must adjust the confirmation in the connection settings.
- In the sidebar on the left, click the menu item
- Navigate to the Call chains section
- Set the Confirmation option to by sending a DTMF tone
- Click to apply the configuration
