Failure 7: An exception at TCP level occurred while connecting to the camera

Failure 10: Incorrect HTTP header, no MJPEG stream is defined
  • The configured IP address is not an IP camera
  • An incorrect camera type was selected when configuring the camera

Failure 11: Wrong password
  • An incorrect password was entered when configuring the camera
  • The camera does not support "basic" HTTP authentication method, or it has been disabled on the web interface.

Failure 12: The camera is sending unknown response while establishing HTTP connection (Expected: 200 OK, or 401 Unauthorized)
  • The configured IP address is not an IP camera
  • An incorrect camera type was selected when configuring the camera

Failure 22: Error establishing the TCP connection to the camera
  • An antivirus software or a firewall is delaying the stream through analysis
  • Stream is delayed by analysis of firewall/deep packet inspection in the network (e.g. integrated in the switch, firewall appliance). This is not caused by a software on the PC itself.
  • The camera has ended the stream (depending on the model, this can happen after a long period of viewing)
